deeper
At Luke252.com we like to get more from our Bible stories. Instead of simply reading about John the Baptist’s snack of locusts and honey we decided to create a version of that tasty treat for ourselves.
If you’ve been itching for a place to go deeper…this is it. Check with your parents for the OK, and then dig deeper into the stories of the Bible and experience them in entirely new ways. Of course, we’re not saying that it’s easy to create and eat a moldy bread s’more, but, we bet you won’t forget the experience or the story that goes along with it!

Monster Toes
Some people might ask why anyone would want to create such a thing. We say the more revolting the better—and these take the cake.
Difficulty:
3
Ingredients:
Biscuit dough
Green food coloring
Cocktail franks
Honey mustard
Black olives
Directions:
1. Roll out your dough. Spread mustard on the dough.
2. Cut dough enough to cover one cocktail frank completely. Roll it and seal shut.
3. Brush a little bit of green food coloring over the toe to give it a creepy shade of green.
4. Cut a black olive in half. Push one half into the dough. This becomes the toenail.
5. Place all the severed toes on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
